I will help you transform the way your body looks,

feels, and performs using the Pilates method. 

The Pilates method involves strength training on specially designed equipment

as well as exercise performed on a mat.

 I take the over 600 exercises in the method and select those that apply to

your goals and your body,

and then teach them to you in a clear, supportive, and challenging way.

A great Pilates workout should get the results of the gym,

the flexibility of yoga, and the relaxation of a massage all in one 1-hour session!
